Who we are

EzTech is a small, independently run electronics retailer based in Mount Vernon, Washington. We launched in 2026 and ship tech accessories to customers across the United States. We are not a marketplace — every order placed on eztechshop.com is fulfilled and supported by us directly.

Why we started

Most tech accessories fall into one of two buckets: cheap gear that fails inside a month, or name-brand equivalents priced two or three times higher than the hardware warrants. We started EzTech to sit in the gap — audio, wearables, computer peripherals and charging gear that hold up, at prices that reflect what the parts actually cost.

What we sell

We stock a focused catalogue rather than an endless one: Bluetooth speakers and earbuds, smart watches and fitness bands, mechanical keyboards and keycaps, wireless mice, docking stations and network adapters, power banks, and a small line of recovery and posture products. We source from established manufacturers and stock their products under their own brand names.

How we handle your order

Shipping. Free on every order, anywhere in the United States. Part of our range ships from a United States fulfilment centre and arrives in 4–7 business days; the rest ships through our extended supplier network and takes 9–14 business days. Every product page and your checkout tell you which applies before you pay. We do not ship internationally yet.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, and you keep the item — we do not ask you to post anything back.
Refunds. Back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is secured with SSL encryption, and we never store your card details on our servers.
