Common questions

Where is my order?

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Delivery time depends on which fulfilment centre carries the item:

  • 4–7 business days — Posture Support Belt, Bike Bluetooth Speaker with LED Light, Metalika Smart Watch, No More Sore Mini Muscle Massager, ClarityPLUS Wireless Earbuds, Slinky Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker, Mini-Max Portable Charger, Solar-Powered Sports Watch.
  • 9–14 business days — all other products, which ship through our extended supplier network.

Your checkout and confirmation email both show the estimate for your specific order. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received one within 3 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll sort it out immediately.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund, and you keep the item — we don't ask you to post anything back. Wrong item, damaged in shipping, or you simply changed your mind: contact us and we'll refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for the detail.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Email us with your order number and a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement — whichever you prefer. No return required.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a further 1–3 days to display it.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — check back soon.
