Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery generally takes 7-15 business days depending on your location, as items ship from our fulfillment partners. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by visiting our Contact page and reaching out with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days to start a return. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how refunds are processed.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

I never received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Double check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see it, reach out via our Contact page and we'll resend it.

Are your products compatible with my device?
Each product page lists compatible device models in the variant options. If you're unsure which option fits your device, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, our products are covered against manufacturing defects. If something stops working under normal use, reach out and we'll help troubleshoot or replace it.
